My spouse and I used Viola/Patrick to find and purchase our first home in Santa Rosa; and while it felt like a roller coaster ride in this very hot market (circa 2021/2022), Viola and Patrick were absolutely a pleasure to work with. When we eventually found a property we were interested in putting in an offer on, Patrick's knowledge helped us understand which inspections we could confidentially wave to make our offer more attractive, and Viola's experience as an agent helped us settle on carefully crafted and attractive terms to get our offer accepted and avoid a bidding war. We were successful and within 24 hours our offer had been accepted. The next 6 weeks felt like a roller coaster with various issues coming up during Title. Viola and Patrick helped us carefully navigate through the deal while diligently protecting our interests and finances. They were absolute professionals and we have no regrets. For most people purchasing a home will be the most expensive transaction of their lives, it would be total insanity to use someone who lacks the kind of experience that Viola and Patrick have. It doesn't have to be buying or selling, but if it is, she is the only one I use. There have been six occasions that I have worked with Viola and her knowledge is amazing. Her contacts reach far and wide for anything real estate. When you close, she is there for any questions that may arise. I remember once she had the language re-written because it wasn't clear. If she is not 100% positive about something in the area or a construction code for example she has the resources on speed dial to get the exact answer. That is FULL service.
